Welcome to Beston's No Holds Barred! The page was originally known as Thingvold's No Holds Barred. It was started years ago by Shogun of Harlem as a joke in dedication of the Internet's greatest 'Trash Talker', Shaun Andrew Thingvold, then years later the site was rededicated to Australian MMA legend Luke Beston. I want to make it clear that the only affiliation Shaun has with this page is when he sends us an e-mail or posts on the forum. If you are looking for him then leave a message for him on the 'Message Board'. Other than that we can not help you in any attempt to get a hold of him.

The news provided here is a little different. There are tons of news sources on the internet and if you don't know where to go then check out our links page. What we attempt to bring here is stuff that is not found at other places, but what we think might be interesting for Martial Art fans (and a little funny). Thanks for supporting us!

Was NHBFights.com trolled? 



Someone calling himself Chris Palmquist has posted on the forum here at Luke Beston that he was behind the recent articles posted on NHBFights.com by One Man Army. It's hard to imagine that any website, even an MMA website, could be stupid enough to be so easily tricked. Surely a site would confirm the identity of a person before allowing articles to be posted in the person's name.

Where's Mullah Trollmar? 

It's been nearly a week of continuous attacks on Fightsport. Any threads inquiring about this on the OG are instantly deleted. Mullah and his fellow leader of the Trolliban, Osama Bin Trollin have been semi retired the last 2 years and are rumored to be staying in an exclusive area of Las Vegas. Is the Fightsport Forum permanantly crippled or will The Trolliban in cooperation with the mysterious Hong Kong millionaire benefactor of Fightsport, Tape Lord, reform and defend the Free Speech Monster's honor? Let us hope that the forum and the free speech movement it represents, will return to greatness.

Fight predictions 

I will go with Cotto over Torres by ko. I pick Peter by ko over Klitschko. There are some things however that indicate a Klitschko advantage. He has a 6 inch size advantage and Peter is very similar in build to Lamon Brewster who Klitschko was knocking all around the ring before he got tired. Klit's training in the mountains and he seems to be laerning to pace himself better under Emmanuelle Steward's leadership. Peter's an 8-5 favorite, but there's definitely potential for a minor upset. The reason I'm picking Peter is because I saw him take a pretty stiff shot from Jeremy Williams and not even blink. So you have 2 bangers, but Peter has the chin advantage. This fight probably won't go into the later rounds.

Rodriguez has vowed to take time away from her imaginary financial empire to personally stalk Redneck to exact her revenge on him. After suffering a bitter defeat at the hands of Annabelle during their brief feud, demoness has spent the better part of the past year begging, unsuccessfully, for Redneck's affections.

"My threat to you is real," threatened the 47 year old spinster to one of the MMA online community's most respected figures, "I will see you shortly."
