Welcome to Beston's No Holds Barred! The page was originally known as Thingvold's No Holds Barred. It was started years ago by Shogun of Harlem as a joke in dedication of the Internet's greatest 'Trash Talker', Shaun Andrew Thingvold, then years later the site was rededicated to Australian MMA legend Luke Beston. I want to make it clear that the only affiliation Shaun has with this page is when he sends us an e-mail or posts on the forum. If you are looking for him then leave a message for him on the 'Message Board'. Other than that we can not help you in any attempt to get a hold of him.

The news provided here is a little different. There are tons of news sources on the internet and if you don't know where to go then check out our links page. What we attempt to bring here is stuff that is not found at other places, but what we think might be interesting for Martial Art fans (and a little funny). Thanks for supporting us!

Nick May, Multimillion Empire Mogul? 



This was a great thread re-posted at Fightsport. Someone questioned the circumstances under which he got his job and May (posting under the alias "Captain Jack Sparrow") went totally apeshit! First in italics you'll see the post that enraged May, followed by his reply:

It's kind of funny reading MM's posts, as he seems to have been handed a job managing a chain of tanning salons solely because of his relation to the owners.

Guess what douche bag? I got the job because Im qualified to run multiple stores, because Ive done it many times. Its what I do, go in and boost sales. I run companies, plain and simple. Ive run million dollar a year companies, how about you?

Jake Rossen gets owned by Shiloh!! 

Fallen MMA journalist Jake Rossen found himself on the losing end of a recent argument with Shiloh "Rubber Raw" McIver on a message board when Shiloh revealed that Rossen had been begging him for pictures of his roommate, a former stripper. Rossen shocked readers everywhere when he admitted the incident and was more hurt and embarrassed that Shiloh had made it public. "Your ex roommate is beautiful," wrote Rossen, "and I asked to see more pics of her. Again, wow. Private emails are supposed to be just that: private. You're something else."

Barry (Double Dip) Hodge goes nuts! 

Barry (Double Dip) Hodge aka Souljacker is still trying to scam another $500.00 out of national war hero Todd Atkins™ and now he's taken his efforts to http://www.fightsport.com! Atkins has already forfeited his paid Pro Ground membership at the UG in protest for the unfair harrassment he was subjected to there after Souljacker first attempted the now infamous double dip. This feud doesn't look to be over any time soon. Keep checking for updates!

New format! 

This is it, we're finally up and running at the new and improved Beston's NHB. You'll notice some features are missing, like the hall of fame posts and interviews, but I'll be gradually moving all the content from the Geocities site to this one.
