Welcome to Beston's No Holds Barred! The page was originally known as Thingvold's No Holds Barred. It was started years ago by Shogun of Harlem as a joke in dedication of the Internet's greatest 'Trash Talker', Shaun Andrew Thingvold, then years later the site was rededicated to Australian MMA legend Luke Beston. I want to make it clear that the only affiliation Shaun has with this page is when he sends us an e-mail or posts on the forum. If you are looking for him then leave a message for him on the 'Message Board'. Other than that we can not help you in any attempt to get a hold of him.

The news provided here is a little different. There are tons of news sources on the internet and if you don't know where to go then check out our links page. What we attempt to bring here is stuff that is not found at other places, but what we think might be interesting for Martial Art fans (and a little funny). Thanks for supporting us!

Fred Column 

Rafiel Torre has been tossed in prison for suspected murder. Trolls have long accused him of exagerrating his credentials as a martial artist and journalist. Of course over at the UG he was respected because of his access to real fighters. There's a lot of revisionist history over there with people acting like they knew all along he was a fraud. #1 before I rolled with him he took me aside and asked me to not make him tap in front of everyone if I caught him because he is a black belt as well. I said ok and proceeded to molest him on the mat without taping him. He might have been blue or purple, but I would lean more towards blue.
As far as his fight went he asked me to corner for him and I was like "yeah I guess" and had no idea it was a work. Then to top it off as we were walking out the announcer says, and I fucking quote, "AND FIGHTING OUT OF TORRES NEXT GENERATION FIGHTING ACADEMY". I almost had a friggin heart attack.

As far as the murder goes I can't really say because I am almost 100% positive that I will be on the stand.

This has got to be embarrassing for the Brazillian fighters who embrace him and the Arabs that ran Abu Dhabi's website who tried to turn Torre into some type of Frank Deford of MMA.

Some people who knew Torre don't seem to be saying much at all -

By the way, what's up with Rubber's hairdo's or should I say hair don'ts? Are mullets and mohawks what's in fashion in L.A.?





Pedictably some of the losers at the UG continue to defend Torre much like the losers who attend support parties for pedophile Michael Jackson.

lol yeah well no offense but i have no idea who the marine is either.
and if it was so bad back then, why didnt he speak up??

all im saying is i dont know, so im not quite ready to fry him yet.lol. i know some people personally who hate him and some who like him, so ho knows.

i guess we will find out though.
